Napleton Auto Group is Hiring an Automotive sales Near Columbus, WI

Position Summary :

Napleton Ford of Columbus is growing rapidly so we are searching for a Sales Professional, a dynamic and driven individual responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles.

This full-time position offers a base salary plus commission, providing a potential income of $60,000 to $100,000 a year.

As an integral member of our team, the Automotive Sales Professional will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently providing excellent customer service and actively seeking out new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles by understanding their needs and recommending the best vehicle options.
  • Conduct test drives and effectively present and demonstrate product features to customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while effectively overcoming objections and providing solutions to customer needs.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of all current and upcoming vehicle models, features, and benefits.
  • Continuously follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dealership lot.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of successful automotive sales experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive industry.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
